
Quick Italian Pesto
November 18, 2008Here is a quick pesto recipe I use whenever I need some quality pesto….
2 Garlic Cloves
1 c. Basil Leaves (Packed Down)
2 tsp. Lemon Zest
4 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 c. Pine Nuts
1/4 c. Parmesan Chesse
1/4 tsp. Salt
Pinch Of Black Pepper
1/4 c. Olive Oil
1/4 c. Romano Cheese
Combine in Cuisinart or other suitable food processor. Scrape down sides occasionally. Pesto can be frozen over a months time.
